Ken Pedersen is a multi-disciplinary, results-oriented executive, entrepreneur and thought leader. His professional background includes far-reaching experience in a variety of business areas, from business strategy execution to IT Strategy, to the development of service models and sales technology optimization. Ken’s commitment to making companies work better has yielded consistent results in a wide array of industries, including software development, IT services, manufacturing, ecommerce, health care and financial services.

An insightful, collaborative visionary strategist, Ken brings to companies and clients a direct, honest approach supported by strong critical thinking, personal integrity and an emphasis on honoring values and commitments.

As a presenter, Ken challenges audiences with a thought-provoking, highly creative approach to strategy development, business optimization and success through a disciplined use of commitment-making.

Ken also has a strong interest in music, theater and sports. He has released  two music CD’s, Walden and Deja Views. Deja Views spent nine months on the NAV music charts and was nationally distributed through Borders and other music retailers in the late 1990’s. , He has authored four business and software books for prominent publishers John Wiley and Sons, Scott-Foresman and Que. He has won two USCF national ‘Class C’ Chess championships. He and his wife Adri love to sail. An avid racquet sports fan, in 2007, he finished the year ranked #14 in the USTA Midwest 50-and-over singles division. In 2010-11, he went 17-0-1 for the Courts Plus (Elmhurst) traveling team, contributing to its ‘conference championship in the NITTL.
